This visual evidence suggest he had formulated ambitious plans to transform the sprawling island by constructing residences, an performance venue, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a local waterway, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The architectural drawing is annotated in notations in red and includes a key identifying distinct areas of the estate.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and architectural plans, such as layouts for boat shelters.
